Paul Lindholdt presents The Fine Art of Bureaucracy:  Pictures, Dams, Rivers. Paul was awarded the 2018 River Hero Award by Spokane Riverkeeper.

 Attend this special presentation to join our ongoing discussions about the depictions, management, and mismanagement of rivers over more than two centuries. The best part: Lindholdt tells stories and shows pictures about visual fraud regarding rivers and dams.

 Dr. Lindholdt is an author, editor, and professor at Eastern Washington University. Last year he edited, published, and collaborating in writing the book The Spokane River.  This asset to our community offers readers a thorough river education including history, geography, hydrology, ecology, Native Americana, and much more.  Lindholdt dedicated all the royalties of the book to the Spokane Riverkeeper, for which we are very thankful, and those royalties already have begun to benefit our program.
